In here are the shops and blacksmiths (yes, on a ship, made of wood) and of course the great hall, that holds both the dining room for everyone's characters to relax and chat, alongside the map room, where a large map will be updated for every new landmass.

The Great Sea
Any quests that take place in the ocean away from all landmasses are in here.
NOTE: Do not mistake this Great Sea with the Wind Waker's. Hyrule has not been flooded, however there is still a Great Sea, just not consisting of little small islands, but large Landmasses. Such as Hyrule.
